Replaced both locks

I needed a door lock with a threaded screw head fixed to that I could replace the outer part of the handle and lock with another in a different colour. It had provded impossible to unscrew the handle because of the threaded screw. KeyTek reponded very quickly and on Monday morning arranged for engineer Darren to come to my house that morning. Darren knew exactly what to do and how, and quickly removed the handle and lock and fitted the replacement handle, all in less than one hour. An excellent reponse by KeyTek, and great work by Darren!

I phoned and the appointment was later that morning. The old barrel lock was removed and a new one was in the van and fitted. All done with friendly service.
