Pete is very friendly and helpful - he attended on the date agreed and completed the fire installation and sent off the paperwork for the certification. He also cleared away packaging etc and left the building tidy.

Peter and his team were great from start to finish’s from given me guidance on which stove to pick. They sorted out the Tiler out for me I just had to order the tiles. I’ve not use the fire yet as it’s summer time something to look forward to in the changing season I beat September rush.

Pete contacted me within an hour of posting, came round that day and completed the work within a week. His price was competitive with others, but I chose him because he demonstrated a good understanding of my requirements and was courteous, friendly and professional. He did a very good job which fully met my expectations

Peter came to give my log burner a service. He fitted me in quickly and flexibly. As a log burner newbie he was super helpful and explained everything to me! Even gave me some recommendations of things to use and where to buy. Thank you so much! Looking forward to using you for our annual service from now on 😊
