Young's replaced a small flat roof on a dormer for us. Ben came out to assess quickly and provided an itemised quote over email within a few days, which was comfortably within the range of quotes we got. He was personable to deal with and responsive with follow-up queries, and happy to explain what things meant and why he was doing them that way. I might've liked a proactive update or two as works progressed but I'm sure I'd have got one if I'd asked.
