10 Re site condensate pipes, remove old pipes, lag new pipes and secure

Really impressed with the quality of work. The engineer re-sited the condenser pipes and lagged them neatly and professionally. Everything was done to a high standard, and the area was left clean and tidy. He turned up on time, explained the work clearly, and was polite and respectful throughout. Ricky has just finished decorating our downstairs WC to an exceptional standard. He goes the extra mile in prepping to make sure you end up with a brilliant finish on surfaces that were not great to begin with and was really helpful with advice on how to tackle a non-related job. Ricky is a really friendly, trustworthy, professional and we are already in touch with him for our next project!
