    Great, hassle free clearance service

    Joe was super helpful and friendly. I needed to get my fathers flat cleared quickly and with minimum issues as I had a holiday already booked. Joe gave me a very quick response with a date and a price I was completely happy with. The clearance went through very smoothly whilst I was away on holiday. Joe sent me a video on the day to show me it had all been done and it was completely hassle free. Joe is a genuinely lovely guy and provided me with a truly excellent service. Highly recommended

    Excellent Service!

    I needed a house clearance service for some large, heavy furniture which we no longer had space for. Joe and Kevin did a fantastic job of removing the furniture, carefully manoeuvering the items around narrow corners to avoid any damage. They were extremely professional and courteous throughout and I would not hesitate to use them again.

    Joe & Kev did a superb job of clearing out the rooms, garage & loft of a property about to be sold. They were speedy, efficient, helpful, friendly & polite. I'd have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to others

Young Man and Van has been an established business based in Frimley Green for the last 15 years. We specialise in removals and house clearance including probate, landlords, offices, etc.


We do our utmost to recycle where possible and also buy any quality furniture. Within the last 10 years the business has evolved from its primary business of removals to specialising in house clearance, which has led to the opening of two retail outlets, the mother shop Joes Emporium catering for all second hand needs and Vintage Emporium which caters for more specialised items including shabby chic, retro and vintage furniture.


During our time trading we have built up an excellent reputation for a great service with many returning customers.
