9.33 Fixing poorly laid kitchen tiles

Leon did a great job of fixing some poorly laid tiles by another contractor in our kitchen. He indicated the faults of the previous work and explained what he would need to do to fix them as he carried out the work. They did a great job of cleaning up throughout the job meaning we were able to use our kitchen over night. Communication good at first. Came to property and gave me a quote which was agreed. Arranged date to do work. Did not answer messages days before date and text me morning of arranged date to say van was broke and could we rearrange for the week after. We did and he didn't turn up again.
