Had our bathroom retired by YPT. They communicated with us fast when we put the job out and we received a quote for two possible options that night over WhatsApp. Nathan arrived on the day he said. I didn't meet him personally but my wife who was working from home commented that he was very polite, respectful and tidy. He worked for a solid 5-6 hours on both days and left the bathroom with a high quality finish. Nathan responded to our many questions before the job via WhatsApp and clarified what we wanted before and during the job to reach a good end result.

The tiler was so nice, he communication was very good, he went through with me everything he was going to do. Once finshed he tidied up after himself and make sure I was happy with the work he had done before he left. Would definitely use this company again and would recommend them.

Nathan got in touch with me as soon as my job had been submitted. His communication with me was respectful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Nathan booked my job in and arrived when he said he would. The job was completed efficiently and Nathan was clean and tidy throughout-putting down dust sheets and clearing away any left over materials. I would gladly recommend him.

Nathan was very responsive in giving quotes and booking the service. He also gave good advice on what tiles to buy, and if we needed for the floor (our kitchen floor needed levelling before he could tile). I appreciated that he allowed for us to do some of the work to fit our budget better, so we did the removal of the vinyl and appliances. The work was quick, professional and tidy. I highly recommend his service.
