We received text messages to confirm the appointment and were updated of the time of arrival. The engineer, Adam, found the cause of the boiler breakdown and arranged for an engineer with the new spare part to arrive the following morning. I cannot fault this company. Speedy responses, great communication, turned up when expected. Adam was absolutely amazing, polite, friendly and great at his job.
