Mark was very prompt and easy to deal with, we needed the floor sanding asap, he came the same evening and sanded the floor two days later, very happy with the work, many thanks Mark! Would definitely use for future work and recommend to others.

Mark was extremely helpful and we are beyond happy with the service he provided. He was on time in both consultation and day of service. He was transparent with the cost, time it would take to fix the floor, and communicated all the issue he found along with the materials he would need to fix the area. Mark did a terrific job and having fully sanded down the floor, stained it and varnished it, it now looks like new again. He was very efficient and very easy to work with. I would recommend him very highly.
