Steve was great communicating exactly what needed to be done, was really professional and easy to deal with. Scheduled us in with minimal fuss. Arrived on time and was really personable. Job was completed to a high standard, cleaned up every bit of mess from digging out and left the area exactly how he found it. Would definitely recommend. You get what you pay for and him and the lads have done a great job.

We were kept updated as to when the engineer would arrive and were told late afternoon - he arrived at 5pm and the job was completed within 15 mins. Highly recommended - I put my job on check a trade and he'd replied within 10 mins and came out the same day

Steve was reliable and kept me posted about whether the job will be carried out on the set day or not. They fixed the problem without needing me to be at the house and this means I don’t have to try and find a day that will work for me and him. Would highly recommend
