Someone who actually turns up when they say they’re coming and on time. Did me a quote the next day. We agreed the price and a start date. Ycp did the job on time and on budget I will definitely be using them again

Work started promptly with an initial assessment of what needed to be done and some prep work. Currently awaiting parts from a supplier which have been delayed. Once the parts come, the work will hopefully be finished promptly. Quote and communication so far have been good. Will wait for the work to be finished and then update.

We looked on Checkatrade because we urgently needed a worktop installed. Our kitchen fitter didn't turn up and let us down, and we needed it done quickly, as the plumber was coming the following day. Carlos said he could do the job on Saturday (I called Friday). Carlos turned up on time as promised with another tradesperson. They were both very professional, courteous and polite. The workmanship was second to none, and everything was left clean and tidy. We even received a video of the completed job. We will definitely use Carlos again and would highly recommend!
