Jack has been twice now to clean our sitting room carpets which get a bit of a hard time due to a couple of elderly dogs and their mishaps! He is polite, reliable and extremely efficient. I've used Jack 3 times now and I would not use anyone else for carpet cleaning. He is reliable, always finds solutions to issues (such as getting his equipment to a 2nd floor flat!), thorough and a very friendly person.
