  Yavuz Builders made my refurbishment project incredibly easy and completely stress-free. They even went out of their way to purchase the materials for the job, making fantastic choices I wouldn’t have thought of myself. They kept me informed at every stage of the process, attended the property daily, and were always on time. They installed a stunning new bathroom and fitted new windows that look fantastic. The entire job was completed within just a few weeks. I was so impressed with their work that I have already asked Yavuz to carry out the refurbishment on another rental property I own.

  The contractor was very professional and personable. They gave a clear indication of the time period the job would take and explained each stage of the project. They returned a week later to ensure there were no issues after the job was completed.

  Shower Tray Replacement, Flat Roof Leak Repair and cosmetic repair of cracked ceilings.

  Previously used this builder for a tiled patio with a veranda and a new garage, and was very pleased with the result. On this occasion he fixed multiple leaks, and a few odd jobs too, one being the flat roof, the other was a result of a leaking shower. All was repaired and replaced where necessary at a reasonable price too! Trustworthy and honest builder!
