Initial contact made by phone and home visit made same day to assess work required and provide quote. All work carried out very efficiently on agreed date.

Nigel and his apprentice attended to some external issues being experienced to garden, wall and security lighting at our residence and installed a ceiling light. They were professional, diligent and amicable in the work they carried out and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them for such work. Shaun handled the administration side of the project professionally, answering some queries in a helpful and courteous manner.

Really good communication from the beginning. Once I had a quote the work was booked in within 3 weeks. Lovely neat job, shower works perfectly and it was just what we needed to make the rooms easier to use. Very patient with me as well, when I had no idea where the stopcock was for the shower!
