Hi Dirk, thanks for your review. I don't normally query these but it also happens to be the lowest score I've been given by a customer in the 6 years I've been with Checkatrade, so I thought it might be worth following up to see how I can improve. I'd be interested to know what aspects of communication and reliability you felt weren't to your expectations so I can address these. Thanks. Ben
