Excellent work and experience all told. Communication through the app and email was excellent and very easy to arrange dates and times. Prompt arrival, and no issues at all In terms of the work, there was a tricky fault find initially, but everything was thoroughly checked out and identified issues with light fitting, switch and main board Very good advice given, work completed to a very high standard, and a really good personable approach. Would definitely be re contacting next time we have any need for electrical works and would highly recommend

Ben went above & beyond to help us with our house reno. He completed a full house rewire, going out of his way to ensure it was completed within the timings we had. He left the house tidier than when he arrived, even though we had many other trades in & out the house creating more mess. Nothing was too much to ask and he gave excellent advice on things we hadn't thought about. He worked a full day, always there before we arrived and never left before 5pm. Price was very reasonable, cheaper than other quotes we recieved and he picked up issues they didn't when quoting. Cannot recommend enough!

From the start and until the end, Ben was amazing with his explanations, gave me constant feedback and communication. He managed to get the entire job done extremely quickly. He was very forgiving as we were difficult customers who changed plans a couple of times, but he gave insight and shared his knowledge to help us come to the correct conclusion. Highly recommend Ben, and we will definitely be using him in future!

I called Ben when i had a fuse blow in my home. Most of my lights were out and hardly had no power to most things like my fridge/freezer, kettle, tv and so on. Unfortunately, Ben lives in Llantwit Major and I live in Caerphilly. But, he kindly talked me through what he thought the problem was and I listened and luckily he resolved the problem for me. Ben did not have to do this, but he kindly did. Most grateful to Ben and he seems such a genuine guy.

Very good communication before the job with good explanation of what is required/expected. On the day it was a great experience, everything was done quickly and in a tidy manner. Would recommend for any jobs.

Ben was an absolute superstar. Fantastic communication and problem solving . The work involved fixing a fault that had been causing our kitchen sockets to trip. Ben quickly found the fault and set about rewiring the entire kitchen - he even found previously unknown faults in the process that were duly fixed. There were lots of tricky connections in tight spaces, but Ben always found a way. Highly recommended
