We engaged Yardley to install engineered flooring on the upstairs floor, landing and stairs. What we are left with is creaks and, movement throughout the upstairs floor, a landing that can be felt moving when you step on it, as no levelling was installed pre-installation (even though this was agreed and paid for) and stairs that are completely off levelled. We tried contacting Jim multiple times, and whilst he did come over once, which temporarily resolved some of the creaking, all other issues have been left unresolved and no further replies have been received upon trying to make contact.

Absolute 5 star work from Jim and his team. Arrived early got straight on with the job and stayed until finished.. the whole downstairs in one day! Left the job spotless after putting all furniture back. Highly highly recommend!

Booked to fit floor. He left that partially unfinished as he agreed to come back to hang some doors for us too. Arranged date for this twice, both times he didn't show up and ignored messages/calls. Wasted a lot of our time and I now need to pay sometime else to finish off the job.

Prompt service, friendly manner and completed same day . I will be using this team again and have also recommended to a friend.

Jim was supposed to come & replace some damaged floor. He had previously laid around 50+ sqm2. knowing we have a disabled child who cannot walk he said he would get in early and complete. We rearranged our GF so nobody could move around but Jim could get in and complete the works. Jim let us down & did not answer our calls or texts. We were concerned and thought something may have happened, so we waited. After putting out GF back to how it was, we spoke to Jim who rescheduled & let us down a further 3 more times before finally ignoring us completely. Very unprofessional.

Standard of work is excellent. Jim went above and beyond and sorted some additional bits out for us whilst he was working. Very friendly, knowledgeable and organised. I highly recommend.
