Panos did an amazing job in my home, fitted two sets of doors for the kitchen and living room, rebuilt the staircase with a new rail, and created beautiful storage under the stairs. His work is flawless, professional, and done with real care. Such a lovely, polite person and a true craftsman. I’ve already decided he’ll do my kitchen next! Found a real diamond through Checkatrade and recommend him to everyone!

Panos removed and replaced a huge number of hinges and handles in our kitchen and utility room. The previous owners had installed external "tee hinges" which weren't to our taste. Another carpenter told us that it wouldn't be possible to replace them with internal hinges because the doors were too heavy. Luckily for us, Panos suggested a solution which means that we now have internal hinges which work perfectly and look great. Panos was very clear and communicative throughout and nothing was too much trouble.

Panos communicated well throughout and was punctual. The quote provided was detailed and when I ordered the parts myself he was happy to review the order, and to make recommendations based on experience. During the work Panos made further recommendations to improve the overall aesthetics, without being pushey. Panos treated our home with respect and kept disruption to a minimum. Overall very pleased we chose Panos to complete the work, which he did to an excellent standard.

Panos was absolutely amazing, efficient, and on time. The job was absolutely spot on. He did a fantastic job! Couldn’t ask for a better man to do my job at home. Very reliable and friendly! Hardly recommend!

We needed to have the wooden structure above the bay window fixed in order to be able to fit new windows. Unfortunately, the brick structure and pillars were previously removed and replaced with very flimsy wooden frame. Panos was very creative and thought of an alternative options, insulated the space and rendered. Panos was very cheerful, always smiling and it was a pleasure to have him around. We would definitely recommend him and will use him for another jobs.

Panos at Xylon was cheerful, creative and timely in building and installing custom wooden shelves in our 1900 Corbett Estate house. He was honest and straightforward about the options, their costs and timeframes and easy to deal with. He got straight to the work after we agreed terms for the job. On the day, he dealt very well with the fact that our walls are not straight either in and out or up and down which meant he had to shave and adjust the shelves to make sure they fit well. The shelves look very slick, and we are very pleased!
