  Bifold replacement

  They replaced our bifold window. The work was completed in time in a very efficient time frame. They gave us regular contact by WhatsApp to make sure of our appointment and also contacted us after the work was completed to make sure that we were happy with the outcome. Very happy with their work!

  A Formidable Team, when you need it really clean

  I booked XS Clean on the advice of a friend. I needed a really 'first class clean' of an older property to be listed for sale in a popular neighbourhood. The crew was a formidable team. Walls, woodwork, ceilings, appliances properly cleaned, with stains and imperfections reduced/removed. Windows and frames left immaculate inside and out, carpets well and truly clean. Can't thank Marcus enough, except to say to readers of this review, I am booking them again next week to deep clean my own home. Highly Recommend XS Clean!

  Marcus was able to send a team over on short notice, and I was truly impressed with the results. In just 4 hours, they completed everything on my list to a very high standard. Every task was handled with care and attention to detail, and my home looks spotless. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them

  I booked XsPropertyServices for an end of tenancy clean, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The team arrived on time, fully equipped, and worked incredibly hard to make sure the property was spotless. Every room, from the skirting boards to inside cupboards, was cleaned with real attention to detail. The standard of cleaning exceeded my expectations, and it made the checkout process with the landlord much less stressful. The property looked as good as new and we are very happy!
