    Got the job done

    We were horrified to discover a wasps nest in the tiles of our roof - just when we had the scaffolding up and the job of fixing the roof was due to start. The service to deal with the wasps was prompt and efficient. I just wish such trades would be a little more up front with their "plus VAT" figures when quoting - yes it was on the website and paper work but the service was booked over the phone and the figure quoted didn't mention plus vat. In the distant past I used to run my own company but many would not have. Still as I said we needed the issue dealt with and it was.
