Job complete however after inspection, there are quite a few tears in the wallpaper and quite a lot of excess wallpaper paste left on adjacent walls and ceiling. There was 4 rolls left after the job which I would have preferred to have been used instead of the tears left. Contacted the decorator asking for advise to remove paste however has not replied (ghosting me). Paid the decorator in cash so I believe it’s a case of taking the money and run.Disappointed especially when Iv spent a lot of time myself prepping and painting. Being a plumber myself I don’t think it’s very good customer service

Windows needed stripping and repainting and some filling in places. Craig didn't strip windows he sanded them and used filler in places where paint had flaked off, I questioned this method and he assured me that it was the correct method. After a month then paint started to peel off, I contacted Craig and he said he would come back out. I've chased him multiple times, sent him pictures and he says he'll come back out and put it right yet never appears. The paint on every window is now splitting and flaking. It's nearly a year later and I'm still waiting for Craig to put it right

Hallway, landing and stairs done in a day to a high standard. Reassured us when we were conscious that we had many layers of wallpaper in the living room and dining room that it’s still something he can work with and the job left was quality.

After confirming what work was required, both lad's just got on with the work, no hassle, from start to finish. started and finished on revised schedule (weather caused a delay). Outbuilding door frame not painted as this getting replaced.
