Xh Brothers renovated of our entire flat. He’s very organised and an excellent project manager, even on the tight timelines we gave him. We never felt like we had to worry. He’s a problem solver - when faced with a tough issue or specific requests from us he’s flexible and finds ways to make it work. Many builders aren’t like this. Xhelal even had his crew build us a custom door for our bedroom when one couldn’t be ordered in time. We ran into a few hiccups on our project, but Xhelal was incredibly patient and kind, and stuck with us through it. It says a lot about him. Very happy with .

We had a leak in our bathroom that was seeping through the walls, we’d had many people out before that didn’t know what to do. When Xhelal came he instantly came up with a plan, was so knowledgeable and found the source of the leak under a closed off bath. He had the job finished quickly, advised us really well and made all the damaged areas good again. He was absolutely fabulous. Fitted a new fan and provided us with new parts.

XH BROTHERS BUILDER did a great job on our loft conversion and extension project. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Communication was clear and transparent for changes. I would use XH again for sure .

Probably the best experience I've had with a builder so far. Very helpful, gives sound advice, adds freebies, tries to save you money where he can and genuinely wants you to be a satisfied customer - which I am! The speed and quality of work can't be faulted either. Highly recommended.

The job involved removing an arch and installing a steel as well as related work such as moving electric sockets, blocking up a doorway, moving and installing radiators and plastering, as well as installing underfloor insulation. Xhelal and team started on the date agreed and completed the project in the time agreed, and communicated well as the project progressed. Xhelal always checked with me on major decisions and informed me if there were any changes to the budget as things changed. I would use Xhelal again if I have any future building projects.
