OLIIE IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL AND EXCELLENT ON MAKING THE PROCESS SEAMLESS AT A GREAT PRICE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We have in the last year started using Xeriscapes for the maintenance of our Estate Gates. Our system is thirty years old and the technology used then is no longer current. Despite this Oli and his team have been responsive and helpful on three occasions in repairing the system keeping it going without the expensive of a complete replacement.

Ollie and his team were recommended to us and we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone that needs any work on electric gates. Ollie came out for the initial meeting to discuss options and gave us his recommendations on what we could have, how they would look etc. He was happy to spend the time going through different solutions, and was open to the suggestions that we brought to the table too. Having owned electric gates previously, in a different area of the UK, where we had a nightmare trying to find anybody to work on them, it has been great to find someone local to work with.

Over the last few months we have had two separate faults which prevented the gates operating. On both occasions Xeriscapes came out within 48 hours and correctly diagnosed the problems and then returned a few days later to repair / replace faulty components. The equipment we have is about 30 years old and wasn't installed or maintained by Xeriscapes but they quickly got to understand the systems and have helped us prolong its operational life. A most professional service thank you.
