XD Roofing provided an excellent service throughout from quote to completion. The quote was reasonable, the work was carried out to a very high standard and the people who carried out the job were extremely hardworking and polite keeping us up-to-date on progress throughout. Our property was left clean and tidy at the end of each working day. Highly recommended.

I have a bottom floor flat in a Victorian building, the guttering two floors above had been leaking for a while and causing water damage in my front room. I tried a few other companies that wouldn't be able to install without scaffolding due to the height and also due to work congestion. Very thankful to XDroofing who completed the works on inspection in a timely manner and to the highest quality.

This is the second time we have used Xavier and team (they put a new roof on our house). We will always use XD Roofing for our roofing needs. They are consistently excellent and always smiling. I text Xavier to ask if he would be able to help us with replacing a bonnet chimney cowl with a bakers cowl to stop rain coming down the chimney. The next morning the job was complete. Absolutely faultless and just in time for Storm Ciaran!

Xavier and his team (Chris, Johnny, and Blane) have been absolutely fantastic. They are considerate, hard working, good natured, and thorough. Xavier was patient with us while we were figuring out how to proceed with the work, and visited us twice to talk through the work and make sure we were happy. His communication beginning to end has been excellent (e.G., alerting us to possible delay due to wet weather forecast). He and his team turned up on time every day, tidied up after themselves, and did an amazing job. We are so pleased with the result. We cannot recommend XD Roofing highly enough!
