  Spring clean of gutter and conservatory.

  I contacted Barry for the annual clean of my gutters and conservatory. Barry arrived on time with the correct equipment and worked solidly for nearly two hours interspersed with cups of black coffee. Barry has a strong work ethic, is very talented at what he does and takes pride in his work. That is why I have been using Wyncham Property Services since 2010. Previously, Barry has repaired my roof and garden fences too so I would recommend the company without hesitation.

  Gutter cleaning + clearance

  Wyncham has been our go to for gutters clearance. Barry is super reliable, quick at responding to calls/messages, arrives on the dot and gives great advice.

  Barry arrived on time and cleaned out my gutters, using his Skyvac. He was friendly and courteous. He completed the job well and with no fuss. He charged exactly the estimate and accepted payment by on-line bank transfer, which I prefer.

  Gutter Cleaning

  Barry was punctual, friendly and professional. He has done a really good job cleaning the gutters, given me some advice and kept the area clean at all times. Reasonably priced too. I will be calling Barry again when I need the gutters cleaned and will recommend him to friend and family.

  Gutter replacement & clean

  We originally asked for a quote for our gutters to be cleaned however after a couple of quotes it was clear they needed replacing. Barry was super helpful and managed to fix all our issues as well as a full clean. He was a really friendly chap and very reasonable in comparison to other quotes. Would 100% recommend and will use his services again in the future.
