Started with cream stair carpets which were really grubby . After thorough cleaning they looked like new . Carpets a little damp initially but dryed out rapidly. Beth is extremely personable,professional and her standard are high . Subsequently she has cleaned most of the carpets in the house and will most definitely be asking her to clean the rest . Our house is large and mostly carpeted -all cream ! We also have a dog so there were lots of muddy paw prints . I don’t usually leave reviews but felt I had to share this one .
