Jack came out to assess a substantial leak we had in our roof. He looked at the issue from inside the loft and advised me on what he believed the issue to be. He assessed the roof outside and confirmed what needed to be done to rectify the issue. A competitive quote was emailed and time scale for completion given. Great prompt communication throughout (one reason we went with this quote opposed to another) Very polite and tidy work.

We had some work done on our roof and guttering which was done promptly and professionally. The team arrived early and despite interruptions by poor weather managed to have all of the work completed well inside a day. Jack talked me through what was going on when I popped out and was courteous throughout (as were all of the guys) and they left the place in a good state afterwards too. Would recommend gladly.
