10/10, Great communication from Jon throughout. The heavy rain did delay the work which is absolutely understandable but only by a couple of days, as soon as it was dry enough Jon came in the afternoon and kept to his word. I had 3 tradespeople visit to quote for rain water leaking inside house. Two were acceptable and I accepted W w beacuse they could do the work earlier than the other company. Jon had expained the problem and the possible solutions. Jon and his workmates turned up on time and completed the work and cleaned up the area. Jon also found an unforeseen problem which he said he would fix at no additional cost. He from LLandrillo to Wirral at his own expense to do unforeseen problem. Job location: L32Rebuilt a garden wall damaged by my wife in the car Jon and the lads turned up when they said they’d be there and the job was done in 3 days all mess removed stuck to the quoted price all round great job would happily recommend!!!!
