Stress free experience. Prompt response to the posting of the job on Checkatrade. Punctual at all times. The three tree surgeons that did the job were tidy and efficient and had a nice manner about them. Large sycamore above high retaining wall overhanging neighbours' sheds and close to a boundary wall removed safely by Paul and colleagues over 2 days, work arranged by Tom. The work was completed as discussed within 3 days of Tom knocking on my door at a good price. The team were polite and friendly even in unpleasant weather, with good communication and flexibility. The price was very reasonable considering the work involved, and reassurance given with videos of the agreed work, price and responsibility in the event of damage.
