Haydon was brilliant, he responded immediately on posting the job of an evening and was able to attend the next day... He assessed the job quickly, had the equipment with him to replace the valve which was also completely quickly. Really happy with the service and wouls definitely use again.

Haydon responded quickly to my request and talked through options and recommendations. I am very happy with the service I have received and I would use this company again.

Very professional job done could of just fixed leak but Hayden decided to replace a bigger chunk of pipework to prevent future leaks excellent work

After discussing job/price/work date, plumbers never responded to any communications or requests and did not show up on day of work - very disappointed

WTG responded quickly and were able to attend the next day. They also turned up earlier than expected. Haydon located the cause of the leak, purchased a spare part but we made the decision not to reinstall the toilet until the floor had dried out. Haydon said to contact him again once it had dried out and he would return to repair the floor and refit the toilet. Unfortunately, this is where WTG have now let me down as despite repeated attempts to contact them, they haven't responded so I've now had to close this job and I'm looking for another plumber to complete it.
