The quote, quote process, and commencement of work was efficient and without difficulty. The roof began to leak during the few day wait and James organised a cost effective temporary fix. All workers were pleasant and effort was made to clean the site. Good price, great work.

Punctual, clean and tidy , returned to do a minor repair , kept to budget. Polite and well mannered.

From the outset the discussion on what was needed and why was clear and very well explained. Photographs of our old dilapidated roof showed exactly why we needed a new roof. The work began quickly with a team that were a pleasure to deal with. They fitted a beautiful new roof, well finished and on point. After completion, they cleared everything up and left the grounds as found. We are delighted with our new roof; at a competitive price - we would highly recommend WT. Thanks guys.

The boss came to plan with us. He offered a wide range of help and advice, showing us the range of styles, materials, and prices. Then, part way through the finished job, added renewed facia, and guttering and resurfacing one chimney cement. This meant that the price quoted at this stage was final - no need for further jobs to be added. The date for the work was agreed and then amended when a family funeral of ours became necessary. The job was then completed in two weeks. The three man roofing team was very skilled. The job now looks delightful.

I will only know when the garage drys out if the sealing is a success, however I have been promised a second coat of sealer to the offending area if required. James and his team carried out the work in a friendly and efficient manner .
