Came out and diagnosed the problem and asked him when he could fix the problem - he said he was away on holiday and would be in touch to on his return - I waited a few days after he got back and contacted him to see when he might be available - he said it would be a couple of weeks to which I said that I could wait as long as I knew he would book me in - that was over a month ago and I’ve heard nothing since - if he didn’t want the job, he could have just said so!!

Warren was punctual, friendly and the standard of work is excellent.

Prompt, communicated well

Warren installed a new combi boiler for me. He is a competent and very pleasant and I was happy to have him in my home doing work. The work undertaken was to a good standard and the price charged reasonable. I have asked him to undertake further work for me.

Warren has done an excellent job installing my boiler. He worked diligently and finished the job without leaving any mess. Would recommend him to anyone in the future. First class gas fitter.
