Initial communication during the booking process was great, but the service fell short. The driver didn’t show up at the agreed time, and after three hours of waiting, we learned he had gone elsewhere. No one bothered to inform us during that time, and we had people booked and paid to help that day, but the work couldn’t go ahead. We would've been more lenient if we had known about the setback in advance. Overall, I would’ve expected more proactivity and better communication. Very disappointing.
