W R Locksmiths from Alford in Aberdeenshire are excellent. They arrived on time, were courteous, friendly and polite and very efficient. They fixed the problem lock by fitting a temporary lock to my UPVC door and returned 3 days later, on time, and fitted the permanent replacement. Proper service, with a smile!
