Great job. Professional and friendly. Neat and tidy

This was the design of the door, sourcing a suitable standard door, cutting four window in it to match the existing door, and fitting the door in the existing door frame, then painting the door with knotting, undercoat and several coats of top coat external paint. Sourcing the four panes of safety glass of the correct thickness, and a new suitable external lock and fitting this. This was a complicated non-standard job which was superbly done in 2 1/2 days. It required good design skills, and carpentry of a very high standard.

We needed a whole new en suite fitting including stripping out completely. Refitting with new tiled floor, replastered walls, new sink, toilet, shower, shower base and cubicle. Chris worked hard to ensure it was done in the time scale quoted but didn’t skimp on the quality of work. The price quoted was really good, and the workmanship was superb. We love what he has done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or have him back to do other work. Great job, great chap.

Excellent service from Chris of Wrights Property Maintenance a lovely new electric shower,tray and corner unit fitted. Chris worked hard so I was only one night without a shower. All packing was cleared away and bathroom left clean and tidy. Thank you Chris for a job well done.
