We found Aaron through Checkatrade when looking for someone to carry out our lead pipe replacement, and we’re so glad we did! From the very beginning he was responsive, incredibly helpful and clearly very knowledgeable about the work required. On the day, he arrived promptly and worked efficiently with minimal disruption, which we really appreciated. The price was very reasonable. Because he is Thames Water–approved, the entire process was smooth and straightforward, far easier and faster than it would have been with someone not approved. Overall, we’ve been extremely happy with the service.

Highly recommend - Aaron was fantastic. Answered my call quickly and came to our aid with advice and a sensible quote even though it was the Christmas holiday period. Replaced old leaky water supply pipe from the meter to the stop cock in garage without disturbing block paved driveway by moleing underneath. Aaron & Bill worked hard in cold conditions to get the job completed in a day and left everything immaculately tidy. Great communication and a pleasure to deal with.
