This is second time Wren have serviced my gas boiler, cannot praise them enough, good clean work, knowledgeable, approachable, and informative from start to finish, very recommendable

Had a leaking boiler pipe. Replaced by Helen. Top piece of work, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Came to finish the job on her day off! What an absute star. Thankyou Helen, would absolutely recommend this company.

We had a boiler service booked with this company through Corgi. I received a confirmation of the booking from Corgi by email which gave us the name of the company, engineer and contact phone number. We did not receive a courtesy call the day before and on the said day the engineer never materialised. I contacted this company and left a message which was not returned. I have been in touch with Corgi who tell me that despite several attempts to contact this company, they have not responded. Not reliable.

The service engineer started by making sure the carpet was covered. Removed the parts placing them in order for reassembly. cleaned them and vacuumed out the fire body. Reassembled, Tested and cleaned up. Very happy with the work. I have used Wren-Gas before. Same outcome

Helen was fantastic. She came very quickly from the time that we raised the issue. Helen and her colleague worked very hard and explained everything that was going on. I couldn’t recommend Wren Gas more. Fantastic service.

Both the ladies Helen Wren and Claudia that visited us, were both extemely professional, they went over and above to sort our problem, no mess was left no parts were left a very efficient and courteous service, the aftercare was spot on you couldn't of asked for more they went out of thier way to fix our problem and we would not hesitate to call them back out and without a doubt we would recommend both these ladies for thier work also so nice to have talented female trades women available especially if people were feeling vulnerable thank you both for your great work
