They made an appointment on Saturday to replace the existing lanterns and did not show up. The following week I received an email asking if they could replace the lanterns the following Saturday - they did not show up for this one either. We had exchanged a number of emails prior to the installation yet I did not receive any warning that they could not attend nor explanation after why they did not attend - beware of this trader!

Quoted for the job promptly. Window and door fitted quickly. Delay on roof as polycarbonate not in stock. Sometimes I had to chase for an update and to get a date in to finish the project. Work completed to a really good standard and I am pleased with the outcome.

We had to make a lot of phone calls to chase up date of them coming. There was an unforeseen circumstance that delayed the work on their side which delayed the work . When they finally arrived they did a very good job were quick and professional . Very polite men and made sure no mess in the house, carpets and floor protected. Have had to call them back to clean up upvc door as not left in a clean condition. So far no leaks when it rains and looks amazing in a lovely green colour to match the environment we live in. Well done!
