Quotations were clear on what was included and were adapted to our changing requirements. Communication on a daily basis meant we knew what to expect compared to the original schedule. They project managed outsourced trades well, when there were changes or unexpected delays we were fully informed with a plan of action. The team were a joy to work with, lovely genuine folk who were respectful of our home. We’re so pleased with our final result!
