really professional and friendly service. we had new gutters and downpipes. All was clearly explained before fitting. they were efficient and cleared up everything after works completed.

I'm delighted with the guttering that Wes and his sons put up today. He explained clearly what he was going to do and had already written this on the quote. He took videos of the work and showed me after the job had been completed. They were really efficient and the new guttering looks fantastic. There's a 10 yr guarantee and any problems I can call them. Also the price for the job was very fair and they even fixed a broken tile. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Recently had a full refresh of my somewhat rickety and leaking flat roof. And they did an amazing job!. Really good communication from the quote stage to the finished work. Excellent work ethic throughout and then some. Cleared up each night after they had finished for the day. Very happy with the finished roof, which matched the aesthetic of the main house. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent no stress experience. Had UPVC fasias, guttering, downpipes.soffits and downpipes fitted. Existing dorma window roof, fibreglass valleys removed and rebuilt using lead flashing due to leaks Dry verge fitted to above. Great family company. Father and sons working very hard in 30° conditions. They do what they say they are going to do and I'm convinced they are driven to satisfy customers requirements. When sorting out poor original valleys they went out of the way and beyond my expectations to fit a better valley system and improve my roof. They fitted the UPVC facias etc same

This installation was completed April 2025 and it is now appropriate to write this review. Wesley was very easy to communicate with and quickly answered the telephone, and never left me "waiting". He was reliable, always saying what was to happen next. Wesley was good to his word that his team would never enter our property for toilets. He removed all materials and cleaned up properly. I called Wesley back once to remedy a "fault" which transpired to be unrelated to his installation, and which he cheerfully rectified. I would definitely use Wesley Probert for any future roofing work.

W Probert did an excellent job replacing soffits and gutters last year, so were top of my list to call when I recently had misplaced roof tiles. A very prompt response to my call for assistance with the tiles being rectified early Saturday morning. Thanks!
