T&C’s:

• Any requests to make changes of booked jobs (ie date and time) must be made within 48 hours of appointment due date
• Failure to request changes of booked jobs within this period can be charged at a 50% job total due to wasting the time of the business
• All job briefs must remain the same - as per quoted - unless discussed otherwise prior to arrival
• All payments must be received in full by the end of completion of the job and before the staff leave the premises
• Any payments not made in full by the end of the last working day upon completion of the job for whatever reason may result in extra late payment fee’s being added to the total (unless prearranged otherwise)
• Any waste collections will only be covering garden waste materials unless specified otherwise and quoted separately for mixed materials waste load
• Any disputes regarding quality of work commenced by us must be settled upon completion and before leaving the property of the job - failure to do so can result in us not taking ownership for any disputes you may have
• If jobs are completed in less time than quoted for then the price remains the same, as we quote per job not per days labor
• We hold the right to take advertising photos / videos of the work we carry out while on your property without asking permission unless specifically asked otherwise
