Refuse to honour there ten yr warranty beads are misaligned on living room windoew

Reported failed glass unit in ceiling lantern and within 2 weeks, new replacement section completed by their supplier and fitted by Andy. Brilliant service with good communication from Harry at WOW. Thank you all

We've had several jobs completed by World of Windows over the past year. Each time it has been completed to a high standard and they make a great effort to clean up when they're done. The price is very competitive as well. Definitely recommend!

All the staff which visited, from the initial measuring up, the fitters and then the owner.Were all very polite, and helpful. When work started, the fitters were very flexible, adapting to my requests and made a really nice neat job, very pleased with the little touches. The difference now to the front of the house is amazing, with a lovely agate coloured front door, and white window frames, feels so quiet and warm inside the house. Good solid well made products. I would recommend and I would not hesitate to use again, Thank you WOW

Mollie and the team are fantastic from start to finish. There was no 'sell pressure' and everyone is very polite and courteous. The turn around from coming out to measure and then fit was a week, so very quick and efficient. The workman was very tidy and cleaned up after himself. The prices are very reasonable too and I am so happy with the completed job. 5* and would highly recommend to anyone
