Florin was a pleasure to have onboard for replacing a cracked tile behind the wall hung toilet and also repairing the waste pipe connection due to a leak. Florin was very thorough with the work and also applied a new seal to the tiles elsewhere. Florin was kind enough to even offer to come back to make tight the wall hung toilet with new fittings. Thank you again!

We can only echo the other reviews here - Florin is amazing! A very reasonable quote and all the work done to a very high standard. Nothing is too much trouble. Most projects uncover further issues but nothing phased him and everything got sorted without fuss. Patient, cheerful, reliable and a pleasure to work with, always explaining and checking everything along the way. 100% recommended and we will definitely use Works Pro again.

Florin did an excellent bathroom fitting and tiling job. His rate was very reasonable and he was able to get me a discount on all the material. The quality of his work of a high standard, better than I expected. He clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience. He was very reliable and he even left the place tidy and vacuumed! We first hired Florin to install our bathroom, but he did such a fantastic job that we asked him to take on other projects around the house too. He built a stud wall, fitted doors and added skirting boards – all to an excellent standard. Not only is he highly skilled but also incredibly honest and trustworthy. He took care of everything, even while we were away, which gave us complete peace of mind. He was always helpful, reliable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. It’s rare to find someone so professional and dependable. Highly recommend him to anyone!

Florin is a wonderful person and an even better professional! We had booked him in for reflooring 2 rooms (downstairs bathroom and utility) and some painting. Upon arrival and commencing the work it turned out there was a long standing leak which had standing water under all the layers. It turned into a much bigger project!! He gave me options, listened to my needs and ultimately transformed the rooms and they now look immaculate. Florin is genuinely the most honest tradesman I’ve ever met. He is Transparent, always making sure we’re happy with progress and I know I will call on him again.
