W-s-M firm doing a fantastic job in Bristol!

The engineer, Matt, replaced the parts requested in the electric boiler and also identified the problem with the nearby electrics that was actually causing the main issue with it. He had to get additional replacement components, which he did very quickly that morning, instead of saying that he'd need to come back another time. Job was booked in nice and early so still had most of the day free, and Matt arrived on schedule. Thorough work, keeping me informed all the way through the long job and everything working and tidy afterwards. Brilliant.

I needed an electrical safety check on the house I had moved into. They arrived and could see it wouldn't pass and instead fixed the unsafe parts and conducted a full review of what further work needs doing. Also gave advice on other work needing doing in the house. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.
