Joe fills you with confidence with his knowledge of his trade, I never leave feedbacks but on this occasion I felt it was a must

Joe attended exactly when he said he would, and went out of his way to locate and fix the issue with our boiler, he triple checked everything before leaving and this was after helping with a small drainage problem that he needn’t have stayed for, he went so far to make sure everything was ok as we were going on holiday and leaving the kids

All good - great communication, took time to explain the problem and what needed to be done to resolve, then kept to timeline and price. Highly recommended.
