We are a local renovation and restoration company based in the stunning coastal town of Broadstairs. We specialize in all various types of construction but due to having a big team, we undertake all aspects from start to finish. Giving you, the client a one stop shops and making your dream project that little bit easier to manage.
Harrison and his team have over 100+ years of experience, working on some incredibly prestigious projects throughout his career.
At the age of 18 Harrison was working in a local kitchen warehouse in Canterbury, after a short while, the opportunity arose to design and sell kitchens. It’s safe to say this is where the passion started and since then he hasn’t looked back. After 10 years working in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom sector, the opportunity to start a career in London as a project manager on some incredible projects came up. As with most things, the opportunity was grabbed with both hands. This was a chance not only to broaden his knowledge on all aspects of construction but really gain some fundamental knowledge and insight into the process required to build and deliver all sorts of projects.
While working in London, Harrison worked on the likes of 1 Grosvenor Square, 20 Grosvenor Square, 22 Bishopsgate, 150 Bishopsgate and the world-renowned Google Building that had most recently been completed. The lessons, knowledge and competence to deliver some of these wonderful projects is something he installs in all of the work he undertakes.
The year before Covid-19 Swept the world, Harrison decided to start up an Interior renovation company just doing kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. Prior to lockdown the phone had started to ring with requests of bespoke joinery, extensive renovations and restoration projects throughout the Southeast.
Not knowing that the pandemic would propel his business faster than he could imagine, he decided that with his knowledge and workforce he could start to expand into a more diverse aspects of construction.
Fast forward to 2024, Woodward and White has been honoured to work and develop some incredible projects, not to mention Walmer Barracks (Deal), Covent Garden (London), The NatWest Building (Grade II Listed), North Foreland GC, (Broadstairs) and Marine Gardens (Grade II Listed in Margate).
We now have a 14-person strong team and can run up to four projects at a time. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and an installation standard like no other. Maybe it’s the little bits we have learned over the years that really sets us apart from the rest. Our attention to detail, work ethic and project delivery is, in our opinion like no other company to our knowledge. The core of our business is managing customers' expectations, wants and needs and ultimately delivering a project that you the client can be proud of.
