Woodtecq came highly recommended to us and they didn’t disappoint. Our project consisted of a ground floor extension and balcony above and internal work including new kitchen. They were the only builder to give a very detailed quote which they stuck to. Any ‘extras’ were always quoted and agreed on before the work. The team of builders were always very polite, friendly and professional, They were always on site, never let us down and often came up with alternatives when wanted. We were happy to leave our house in their care when we went away and they were in touch with updates and photos.

We can totally recommend Woodtecq Ltd and will be returning to them for all our other house improvements. They discuss the job so they have a full understanding (and give great advice too), turn up when they say they will, do the job to an impeccable standard and keep us informed during the whole process. They are very transparent about their quotes and extra costs that inevitably come as part of a job. Their specialist subcontractors have been equally timely, professional and respectful of the space.

Woodtecq were recommended to us by friends who has used them on a couple of occasions and were very pleased with their work. We needed a new en suite fitting in our loft conversion and decided to go with the recommendation. During the fit out Tristan and team were very good at keeping us updated with options and progress and we found them all very professional to deal with and polite. Half way review of project (please see earlier review 18th November 2024). Our project completed May 2025 - we had a L-shaped extension put on at the back of our house, chimney removals in three rooms, complete renovation on a loft bedroom en-suite and a few minor interior renovations. Half way through we threw a spanner in the mix and decided we wanted a garden room/house. Once again Woodteq came through. These guys know their stuff and I’m super happy we went with this company again. Everything has finished to a super high standard I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you!

We had a large kitchen extension which required removal of load bearing walls and large load bearing chimney breast which required support with steels. We had total confidence in the team from day 1. They did exactly what they said they would do, communication was always excellent with both Tristan and John always responding to queries instantly and Tristan being on site to supervise each day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Woodtecq- we are delighted with their work.
