Excelent work good prices reliable and gives good advice Recommend him

I have used Steve at Woodside Carpentry and Buildings Ltd for many years and this time Steve is building a beautiful home for me and my little boy. His completing all the works which is so wonderful that Steve can literally undertake all aspects of the job including building all internal walls and ceilings, plastering, decorating, installation of kitchen, utility and panelled feature walls and all Joinery works. Steve is highly knowledgeable and professional. His workmanship is faultless and of an extremely high standard. And he is a genuinely lovely guy - I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Steve is friendly and a great worker. He is currently working on replacing internal doors and will be repairing our staircase. He has already installed a balustrade and spindles to a very high standard. He is extremely knowledgeable and helps discuss jobs to ensure we get what we want. I would highly recommend him to others.

Steve is excellent at his craft, and everything you would want in a contractor: discussing complex requirements properly in order to be able to provide informed, accurate quotes as well as timelines; mindful of job circumstances (in this case busy household with split flat, pets, children around etc); punctual, fastidious & focussed on the job; quick to check and advise options vs assume, if questions arose during the work - ie didn't move from brief without raising potential changes first; helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Steve is honest, polite and reliable. His time keeping is very good and at the end of each day he would tidy up leaving a clean workspace. You can tell he takes pride in his work and it shows through his professionalism and high standard of finish. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Steve is very reliable, courteous, and proud of his work, for good reasons. He did a fantastic job with our alcove shelving and low cupboards on one side, and top and low cupboards on the other side. They look stunning. He turned up and worked every day solidly from 8.30 am until 5 pm. He knows his stuff and always find a way round technical issues. He is very attentive to client requirements and you can ask safely for his advice too. Steve also did our bathroom last year and we were very pleased too. Highly recommended!
