Grant was very quick to respond to my initial enquiring and attended within the following week. He explained everything to me and issued paperwork to state what action had been taken. He then called two weeks later as agreed and then attended within the hour of his call. He explained everything clearly and was always polite and reliable. He has eradicated the problem so I am very pleased

Grant was extremely polite and professional. He quickly identified the issue, and explained clearly what steps he was taking, and why. He also gave us advice on what we could do to improve the situation. He returned after two weeks to assess the situation, and again explained what he was doing and what he was looking for re:mouse activity. We asked him to return for a third time, which he was happy to do, and the infestation now seems to have been resolved. We were very happy with the service he provided and would recommend.

Ive had an issue with Rats in my garden for over 2 years. .Grant initially came out in 2024 and at the time we thought the issue was resolved. However a few months later I found further evidence . Grant came out again promptly and we decided that this would not be a quick fix so went for a longer term plan . I am pleased to say on Grants last visit ,I was declared Rat free. Grant has always been totally honest about the likelihood of rats returning ,although I hope this wont happen. Grant answers the phone immediately or not returns calls or messages promptly . He visits very promptly .

I have used Grant at Woodrush for several years now and can highly recommend him. He’s extremely knowledgeable, gives excellent advice and is really prompt, polite and professional plus he got rid of our rats!! I would use him again for any pest problem.
