  Nobody arrived to look at the job, though I had been allocated an appointment slot. Nobody contacted me to arrange another appointment or to explain why they couldn’t make it. I have since found someone else to supply & fit my bathroom.

  Reliable and a great communicator. Work carried out was thorough and really good attention to detail. Everything was left really tidy at the end of the day. Nothing was too much trouble. Really pleased with the end result.

  Full ensuite refit

  Michael helped and advised us from our first vague notions of what we wanted through to now enjoying a very smart and modern ensuite bathroom. He was thorough and the little extras that we asked him to carry out were no trouble. Michael is probably also the tidiest tradesman we've ever had working in the house! Everything was left spotless. Very pleased with the end result

  Kitchen refurbishment

  The whole experience was made easy by the knowledge and expertise of Michael Kelly. He came and saw my kitchen and we had a chat about what I wanted and within a few days he had come back with plans for kitchen which more then met my expectations. I had asked for a bespoke corner larder and he arranged with the kitchen supplier’s for them to make this for me. It was not a simple renovation and he was here for several weeks but throughout he was courteous and unobtrusive and I work nights he adapted his schedule so I could sleep when needed. I can’t speak highly enough of this company

  Lounge/Dining room knock through and creation of utility room

  Mike met with us in May, to discuss some house alterations that we wanted to make. He was very courteous and knowledgeable from initial contact right through to completion of works, and completed to a high standard. We had been recommended his services by our neighbour and we are so glad that we entrusted Mike with the work. Further alterations are planned in 2025, and we will be using him again. Really cant recommend this chap highly enough, happy to accommodate changes along the way without any fuss. 5 * service at reasonable price.
