We asked Dave to sand and refinish the floor in our new house before we moved in as it was a bit battered. Dave was flexible and able to complete the job within our timeframe and to a great standard - no corner has been missed! It’s made a huge difference to how we feel about the house and we’re really excited to move in now. The work was completed promptly on the day that had been agreed. Unfortunately the next day we found some serious defects with the work that had been done. We requested that this be rectified, but weeks have gone by and we haven't been given a date of when the remedial work can be done. The defect gives a serious chance of cutting/stubbing your toe or foot and makes me feel it is unsafe for my young children to walk around, so we have had to cover the floor with a rug, which we had not planned to do. Overall disappointed that the work was not carried out to a high standard.
